Cakes in the Tumblers

Step 2: Frost Cupcakes with a Cream Cheese Buttercream, (just a small swirl on the top, as the cake itself is extremely delicious on its own)

Step 3: Set up a packaging assembly line, Frosted cupcake is placed into the bottom of an 8oz. tumbler (Dollar Tree- 10/$1), put into a small size party favor bag (Party City- 25 pack for $2.49) and place a small business card inside the bag. (Steps are illustrated below to the left for further clarification).

Step 4: Tie a 12" piece of gold curling ribbon around the plastic bag (snug to the top of the cup) and curl the ends! I was able to fit 3 dozen in each standard size box for shipping purposes!

RHHS Terriers Softball

I used the other half of the Wilton Sports Ball Pan, (left over from the igloo cake) Frosted it with a white buttercream and piped the letters and laces with Wilton Sparkles Gel (Blue and Red) Easy as 1-2-3.

Baby, it's Cold Outside!

My little sister's 7th birthday cake, a thin chocolate cakes as the base (in a jelly roll pan) frosted with vanilla buttercream, topped in coconut, then a sweet clear/white glaze with snowflake sprinkles. The pond is a Betty Crocker cookie frosting (blue) with swirled in Blue Wilton Sparkles gel and outlines with a clear blue Betty Crocker gel. The igloo is half of a Wilton Sports Ball pan cake in vanilla, topped with vanilla buttercream. I used a popsicle stick to just carve out the lines to make the igloo come to life. I used 3 oreos stuck together and frosted as the igloo opening and lined the igloo with Wilton Peppermint Pearls (wedding favors). A BIG HIT!!
